I need to get to get back on track with that and then also start commenting. And I also feel that I should update my theme and make it more visually appealing. About 75% of the photos here are made by myself. The rest I get through the google image search and in those cases I shall not forget to link to the sources in the future. Hot women are a small part of my blog and I mostly get them from http://reallycuteasians.net/, but as for me, my blog is ad-free and has no advertorials, I don't make any money (unlike reallycuteasians and tons of other sites). Some of the girls even thanked me for writing a nice post about them. I always link to the source of the photos (unlike I've seen here in some posts) and I had no problems so far and I don't fear any. Blogging is just my hobby, I keep it positive and I got many lovely followers recently. Maybe you can check some of the popular posts I wrote recently, you'll see I only get positive feedback. Be positive and things will go well for you. But you do need to update more regularly in order to keep readers and also comment on their blogs. Then I'm sure you can get many hits quite fast.
