		<description>I have my doubt that a little. The new visa policy forces many people to move out. A German friend who runs a bar here in Kunming since 6 years has to leave China if they don&#039;t return to the visa policy that was in place at the beginning of the year.

I will write a longer post on the whole topic once I have enough time, as there are many related thoughts.</description>
