Snow covers southern parts China
February 2, 2008 – 12:55 pmWell not all parts of southern parts China. In Kunming there is no snow and the temperatures didn’t drop below 0°C at any time. So what is the media here in the West telling us? I don’t know. They probably just made an elephant out of a fly.
