But u're right, real estate prices will drop down in Hongkong, and they are dropping down in China mainland too. A real-estate agent recently told me that their sales dropped by 70%(!). So it won't be long until the Chinese housing bubble bursts - if the corrupt officials don't find a way to save their skin (as the housing bubble is built up mostly on corruption).
